  •  preparation of the property for rent, eg painting, cleaning, home staging if necessary, will ensure\nthe implementation of modernization, both with the written consent of the owner and at his\nexpense, <\/li>
  • finding a suitable candidate for sublease, finding and processing next suitable investment\u00b4s\nproperties,<\/li>
  • checking the indebtedness of potential subtenants from available sources,<\/li>
  • concluding a sublease agreement with interested parties, monitoring the expiration of the\nagreement, automatic securing new subtenants with an focus to zero loss of a rent, <\/li>
  • collecting rent in one’s own name and on one’s own account, checking payments and sending\nreminders, <\/li>
  • ensuring the transfer of energy and consumption payments to subtenants and their settlement with\nsubtenants,<\/li>
  • providing liability insurance and household insurance for Real Estate, <\/li>
  • communication with subtenants,<\/li><\/ul><\/p>

    •  inspection of the condition of the real estate, provision of repairs and maintenance<\/li>
    •  payments\nfrom subtenats according to the Regulation of the Government of the Czech Republic No.\n308\/2015 Coll.<\/li>
    •  handing over and taking over real estate from subtenants, <\/li>
    • billing control from the owners’ association <\/li>
    • processing of billing services for subtenants and\nowner. <\/li>
    • preparation of an inventory of all payments related to the operation of the property, which will be\npaid by the owner in his own name <\/li>
    • processing a monthly report and sending to the owner’s email, processing of annual documents for\ntax returns, <\/li>
    • sending income from sublease and advance payments to the bank account after deducting of the\nservice fee, which is individual % of the sublease price.  <\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n
