Supplementary pension savings are open to all people regardless of age, nationality or citizenship.
A participant who is a permanent resident of the Czech Republic or a resident of an EU Member State or another contracting state under the Agreement on the European Economic Area and is:
1) participates in pension insurance under Czech legislation,
2) a beneficiary of a pension from such pension insurance, or
3) participates in public health insurance in the Czech Republic.
