• finding a suitable candidate for sublease, finding and processing next suitable investment´s properties,
• checking the indebtedness of potential subtenants from available sources,
• concluding a sublease agreement with interested parties, monitoring the expiration of the agreement, automatic securing new subtenants with an focus to zero loss of a rent, 
• collecting rent in one’s own name and on one’s own account, checking payments and sending reminders, 
• ensuring the transfer of energy and consumption payments to subtenants and their settlement with subtenants,
• providing liability insurance and household insurance for Real Estate, 
• communication with subtenants,

•  inspection of the condition of the real estate, provision of repairs and maintenance
•  payments from subtenats according to the Regulation of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 308/2015 Coll.
•  handing over and taking over real estate from subtenants, 
• billing control from the owners’ association 
• processing of billing services for subtenants and owner. 
• preparation of an inventory of all payments related to the operation of the property, which will be paid by the owner in his own name 
• processing a monthly report and sending to the owner’s email, processing of annual documents for tax returns, 
• sending income from sublease and advance payments to the bank account after deducting of the service fee, which is individual % of the sublease price.
